Step Number 1

Lesson 1:

Take the Burnout Assessment to get an honest and clear idea of your level of burnout and the areas of your life that are most affected.

Step Number 2

Lesson 2:

I’ll show you how to evaluate your daily schedule so you know what you’re spending your time on and how to determine the value based on the level of fulfillment you experience. This is a game changer, because it’s based on what’s important to you instead of what’s expected of you.

Step Number 3

Lesson 3:

Using my Life Satisfaction Scale exercise, I’ll walk you through how to get clear about what you value and how to align your schedule in a way that honors you and your values. This one step will radically shift the way you use your to-do list.

Step Number 4

Lesson 4:

Using my Four Lists Exercise, you’ll discover exactly what to cut out, cut down, leave the same, and add to ensure you self-nurture body, mind, and spirit every day.

Step Number 5

Lesson 5:

In this final lesson, I’ll walk you through how to create a new definition of success based on what you’ve discovered through this course. You’ll be guided in creating a plan that honors your mental, physical and emotional health and wellbeing so you always know what to say yes to and what to say no to moving forward.

A. Yes! In fact, some of the steps take even less time!

Q. Because I’m busy I often forget to do things for myself, like taking 10 – 20 minutes for each section of the Breaking Busy Course. Do you provide reminders for us?

A. Yep! Absolutely! You will receive a daily email asking you how you are progressing and reminding you to check-in with us in our Facebook group for accountability.
